LogicBasis operates in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Only the data required to provide, maintain and secure the service is processed.

When visiting or using LogicBasis, the following data may be processed:

• - text inputs within the system (encrypted and visible only to you)
• - technical access data (e.g., browser type, timestamp, IP address)
• - email address (if registering)
• - payment information (processed securely via Stripe)

The LogicBasis API and the QELLVIS Public API process only the data required for technical execution. This includes submitted text inputs and technical access data. Processing is system‑based, encrypted and without profiling. All API usage is subject to the same privacy principles as the entire LogicBasis service.

Data is used:

• - to provide and maintain the service
• - to ensure system stability and performance
• - to manage payments and user access

Data is not sold. Data is only shared where technically necessary:

• - payment processing via Stripe
• - hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Supabase)
• - system‑based processing for generating responses

All third‑party providers are contractually bound to data protection standards.

Text inputs may be processed temporarily to enable system functionality. Data is stored only as long as required for operational or legal purposes. No long‑term profiling is conducted without necessity.
